Every centre diamond is F colour or higher and VS1 clarity or higher. Each is individually assessed to appear colourless and eye-clean, with exceptional brightness, fire and scintillation.

Will my diamond have independent documentation?

Yes. Every centre diamond is accompanied by independent grading documentation.

How long will my ring take to make?

The ring is made to order in London. Estimated dispatch is four to six weeks after approval of the selected diamond.

Can the ring be resized?

The first resize is complimentary when requested within 60 days of delivery, for adjustments of up to two UK sizes where the design permits. Terms and exclusions apply.

Each is individually assessed to ensure it appears colourless and free from visible inclusions to the unaided eye under normal viewing conditions. Where the grading report assesses cut and finish, we require Ideal or Excellent grades.

Chosen individually

No two oval diamonds perform in precisely the same way. Each stone is assessed individually for brightness, fire, scintillation, graceful proportion, a beautifully balanced outline, an elegant facet pattern and a refined bow-tie. Only diamonds that complement the proportions and character of the design are accepted.

Approved before setting

Before setting, our Client Care Team presents the actual diamond’s grading documentation, precise measurements and a close-up video for your review. Our jewellers begin setting only after your approval.

Independently documented

Every centre diamond is accompanied by an independent IGI grading report or GIA laboratory-grown diamond quality assessment. Its individual documentation is presented with the finished ring.

A certificate establishes quality. The final decision is made by eye.

If a covered manufacturing fault is identified following assessment, we will repair the piece without charge or, where repair is not appropriate, replace it at our discretion. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We’re here to help you care for your jewellery for years to come, with complimentary professional cleaning and inspection arranged through our client care team.

We recommend periodic inspection to keep your piece in beautiful condition. Where appropriate, we can also arrange polishing or rhodium plating, with any additional charge agreed with you before work begins.

Carat measures weight, not visual size. Two diamonds of the same carat weight can appear different on the hand, so we consider face-up dimensions and proportion alongside carat.
