Made to order in London. Orders are sent using an appropriate tracked and insured service; a signature is required on delivery. International delivery times vary, and duties or taxes may apply depending on destination.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Katy Halliday creation is covered for life against manufacturing defects in materials or making.

If a covered manufacturing fault is identified following assessment, we will repair the piece without charge or, where repair is not appropriate, replace it at our discretion. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Care & servicing

We’re here to help you care for your jewellery for years to come, with complimentary professional cleaning and inspection arranged through our client care team.

We recommend periodic inspection to keep your piece in beautiful condition. Where appropriate, we can also arrange polishing or rhodium plating, with any additional charge agreed with you before work begins.
