Choosing your diamond

F colour or higher and VS1 clarity or higher, with most diamonds in the VVS range. Each is individually assessed to appear colourless and eye-clean.

We assess the outline, proportions, symmetry and light performance individually. Fancy shapes are selected by eye alongside their independent grading documentation.

Carat measures weight, rather than exact visual size. Your diamond’s grading documentation, precise measurements and close-up video are presented for approval before setting.

Chain & length

Included with your pendant
16–18 inches (40.6–45.7 cm) · adjustable · 1mm cable chain. Recycled solid gold.

The adjustable chain lets you wear the pendant at a shorter or longer length within the 16–18 inch range. How it sits will depend on your neck, proportions and neckline.

Find your preferred length
Place a piece of string around your neck where you would like the pendant to sit, then measure the string. For layering, allow space between your necklaces.

Every Katy Halliday creation is covered for life against manufacturing defects in materials or making.

If a covered manufacturing fault is identified following assessment, we will repair the piece without charge or, where repair is not appropriate, replace it at our discretion. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Care & servicing

We’re here to help you care for your jewellery for years to come, with complimentary professional cleaning and inspection arranged through our client care team.

We recommend periodic inspection to keep your piece in beautiful condition. Where appropriate, we can also arrange polishing or rhodium plating, with any additional charge agreed with you before work begins.

Understanding your diamond

Cut

We assess brightness, fire, outline and balanced proportions individually. Fancy shapes are selected by eye alongside their independent grading documentation.

KHFJ: selected individually

Colour

DEFKHFJGHIJ

D–F is the colourless range. We select F colour or higher, then assess each diamond by eye to ensure it appears beautifully colourless.

KHFJ: F colour or higher

Clarity

Clarity is graded under 10× magnification. Our diamonds are VS1 or above, with most in the VVS range. We assess each diamond to ensure no inclusions are visible to the unaided eye under normal viewing conditions.

KHFJ: VS1 clarity or higher

Carat

Choose 1ct, 1.5ct or 2ct. Carat measures weight; millimetres describe the face-up size. Use the size comparison beside the carat selector for indicative measurements. Screen illustrations are not actual size.
