All items are custom-made and it typically takes 1-3 weeks to create your piece, based on the specific diamond and metal choices you make. Lead times can be extended during busy periods.

International - FedEx International

All items are shipped fully insured in plain, discrete packaging. The sender will be displayed as "Katy Halliday Ltd".

We will send your parcel tracking information along with your dispatch notification email when your item has been shipped.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

International customers

Please be aware of any shipping duties and taxes chargeable in your region. Katy Halliday Ltd can not take responsibility for any additional charges.

We accept returns for refund for unworn items* in their original, undamaged condition with all packaging, paperwork and any certificates within 14 calendar days of delivery.
